Delicate Balance
St. Albans Church of England Secondary School in Birmingham
will soon be knocked down and rebuilt (or more correctly
a new building will be built and then the old one knocked
down).
Creative Partnerships Birmingham commissioned the theatre
company Stan’s Cafe to work with 7M and their
teachers to imagine what the new school might be like
and ask how it can be made environmentally, financially
and socially sustainable.
The project ran from 5th July – 14th July. Students
did P.E. as normal but otherwise were ‘off-timetable’
for the duration. This web of linked documents tells
